1. Introduction

Welcome to Renew Local ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Renew Local website, software, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use Renew Local.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting data.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Use Renew Local only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to access, interfere with, or damage any part of the Services, servers, or networks.

3. Service Access and Usage Terms

We aim to provide continuous access to Renew Local. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We are not liable for any interruptions or loss of access.

4. Subscription Terms and Billing

Access to certain features of Renew Local requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan.
• Provide accurate billing information.
• Allow Renew Local (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis.

By linking a payment method to Renew Local via Stripe, you agree to be automatically billed for our Services, including but not limited to Google Business Profile Linking, Review Removal, Google My Business Reinstatements, and Google My Business Verifications. Please note that if your payment method is linked, you will be automatically charged for applicable services.

Important: Our review removal services are exclusively limited to reviews that violate Google's content policies and guidelines. We do not attempt to remove legitimate reviews that comply with Google's terms of service.

Guest Review Removal Authorization Hold: For all guest review removal submissions, a $375 authorization hold will be placed on your payment method when you add your card. This hold verifies that sufficient funds are available and reserves the amount for up to 7 days. You will only be charged if the review is successfully removed. If the review is not removed, the hold will be released and no charge will occur. If your card does not have sufficient funds for the authorization hold, you will be required to add a different payment method before we can proceed with your review removal request.

Prices and plans are subject to change with notice.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policies

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
• Free trials (if offered) must be canceled before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Renew Local without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Payment for your subscription fails or is overdue.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data, except where legally required to retain it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Renew Local and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims arising out of your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Renew Local is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Florida.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Renew Local after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
