Welcome to Renew Local ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Renew Local website, software, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We aim to provide continuous access to Renew Local. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We are not liable for any interruptions or loss of access.
Access to certain features of Renew Local requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
Payment Method — ACH Bank Debit. Renew Local accepts payment via ACH bank debit. By providing your bank account information and agreeing to these Terms, you authorize Renew Local, through our payment processor Stripe, to initiate ACH debit entries to your designated bank account for services performed, including Review Removal Services upon successful removal. You may revoke this authorization at any time by removing your bank account in your account settings or by emailing office@renewlocal.com. Revocation will prevent future debits but will not cancel or reverse debits already initiated for services successfully performed prior to revocation, which remain due and payable.
Failed or Returned Debits. If an ACH debit is returned, reversed, or fails for any reason, including insufficient funds, closed account, or revoked authorization, Renew Local reserves the right to retry the debit, charge applicable return fees, and pursue collection through any lawful means.
Scope of Services Covered. This authorization covers all Renew Local services, including but not limited to Google Business Profile Linking, Review Removal, Google My Business Reinstatements, and Google My Business Verifications.
Important: Our review removal services are exclusively limited to reviews that violate platform content policies and guidelines (including but not limited to Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Glassdoor, and other review platforms). We do not attempt to remove legitimate reviews that comply with platform terms of service. By using our review removal services, you acknowledge and agree that you are only submitting reviews that you believe violate applicable platform content policies.
No Guarantee of Removal. Review removal is not guaranteed. Platform policies and enforcement processes are outside of our control and may change at any time. While we make every reasonable effort to pursue removal of policy-violating reviews, the final decision rests with the respective platform.
No Guarantee of Permanent Removal. This service includes assistance with review removal; however, due to third-party platforms (such as Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, TripAdvisor, and others) and their policies, we do not guarantee permanent removal. Reviews may reappear at any time due to platform policy changes, algorithm updates, re-evaluation by the platform, or reinstatement by the original reviewer. These actions are entirely outside of our control. By using our review removal services, the client acknowledges and accepts this risk. Renew Local shall not be held liable for any review that reappears after removal, and no refund, credit, or additional service will be provided for reappeared reviews.
Review Removal Billing. Review removal services are priced at a flat fee per review. Payment is collected via ACH bank debit upon service completion. Once payment is collected, it is non-refundable.
Service Completion. The review removal service is considered complete when the targeted review is initially removed from the platform. If a third party such as Google, Yelp, or any other platform reposts or reinstates a previously removed review at a later date, this does not constitute a service failure. Renew Local fulfilled its obligation when the review was initially removed. Renew Local shall not be held liable, and no refund, credit, or additional service will be provided for reviews that reappear after initial removal. The client acknowledges and accepts that third-party platform decisions are entirely outside of Renew Local's control.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
No Refunds: All payments made to Renew Local are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, review removal charges, Google Business Profile reinstatement fees, verification fees, and any other service fees. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to cancellation, dissatisfaction, or service disputes. By using our Services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Renew Local without prior notice if:
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data, except where legally required to retain it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Renew Local is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Florida.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Renew Local after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
